Jonathan Caleb McReynolds has been making music professionally since 2012. Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois surrounded by God and his followers, Jonathan was a fan of music from an early age. He taught himself how to play drums and the piano early on, and eventually worked as a church musician. Although his passion never changed, it took some time before he could confidently perform. Looking at him now, you never would’ve guessed, right?

In the beginning, Jonathan was hesitant to show the world his talent. He was reluctant to use his voice publicly, but sang his heart out when he was at home. Obviously, we know now that this wouldn’t be the case forever. By the time Johnathan reached high school, he grew his confidence, performing live more and more. Singing wasn’t the only thing he was working on in those days, though. While developing his singing skills, he also learned how to compose and produce music, skills that would become integral to his career in the future.

His expertise in both creating and performing music are what sets Johnathan apart from other musicians. Fast forward to present day, five Grammy Award nominations and one Grammy win are just a few of his many accolades. Jonathan has harnessed his true potential, using his voice to spread the word of God in the form of iconic hit songs. His music has resonated with audiences far and wide, young and old.
